i am wondering about that texas quakei do trust it is connected to the oil platform that exploded. oil is the earth's lubricant and the removal of it could easily cause the plates to be disrupted. sink holes result from removing oil and water so it is quite easy to see how it could cause problems with tectonic plates:)

The stories on Bangkok's political crisis which people may have picked up from the news are utter lies! The red shirts (paid by exiled PM Thaksin Shinawatra in exile) have appealed to the UN to intervene as an independant observer as their demonstrations are largely peaceful! The grenades were detonated by an unknown third party to try and further destabilise the country.
It appears that the Illuminati are attacking or punishing the Thai Government although I am not quite sure why... Any ideas?

With distilled water having most of the goodness removed behind distilation; is a sprinkle of sea salt or what do you recommend to add to it for drinking that brings back some of the vital minerals and so on...that we need from water?

My sincere thanks to you Janet for answering and explaining matching frequencies. I often thought matched frequencies means correct love. I cancelled attending the seminar since I'd like him to go with me next year. Also likely due to self sabotage/low self worth issues; don't want to spend a lot of cash just for myself. I've always traveled on my own but now feel guilty. I'm gearing up for initial consultation soon. Love L. :)
Janet's Reply: You can match frequencies for a variety of issues and for most people that does NOT equate to true love!
I'd say you cancelled for reasons of self-sabotage. Our seminars change people's lives and if a part of you isn't ready to let go of self-sabotage....then you are not ready for this seminar.
Guilt is a great way to let others control you or to hold self-sabotage to yourself.

Hey Stewart your article about sleeping was right on time because I think the ELF was supplementary strong last night and I couldn't get to sleep until about4.20 when i checked the clock. normally this doesn't happen. My partner was acting pretty weird too. It has really been 24/7 now i have a very high ringing in my ears constantly now. no amount of violet will stop it i'm taking baths etc. is this normal do you understand as a deprogramming symptom?
Stewart's Reply: That can be a symptom but not necessarily. Use the technology where you turn down the volume by visualizing a dial and turning it to off or low.

I always question what I feel and try to change it to what it should be. Example that I should feel something like attraction for my husband even if I do not. This has been ongoing since we unexpectedly got married 17 years ago. Doing release work unfortunately has made this come to the forefront. My question is do people with same frequency have to stay together in this lifetime? Many regards and with much regard L.
Janet's Reply: No one "has" to stay with anyone regardless of frequency. Matching frequencies however are what hold people together. This can be positive negative or a blend of both. Matching frequencies can be determined in a Personal Consultation or Compatibility Scan. Then you can determine what you want to do about it. You have free will. I've just read the study conduct on non-human communication. In the notes you say that cats are designed to 'monitor' us. If so this begs the question 'who are they debriefing or reporting to? and what kind of information are they gathering?

Also if you have a sick dog or cat; can you heal him/her by just changing the mind-pattern in yourself & avoid the terrible fate that the pet mirroring in you?

Penguin Census

Last night I heard on the radio Fox news before C2C that the government is going to take a census on the penguins in Antarctica! They said they would be able to tell one penguin from an other via the satellite. Guess that is why we are no longer allowed to walk there or what are they hiding?
What else are the idiots going to do with our money and why these little guys that just want to fish and gather stones for their nests?

Hey up Expansions! I saw a movie called shutter peninsula and it is one of the most programming movies i have ever seen. They actually were telling in about the mind control experiments that were happening but guess what happens then it turns out that was a hallucination of the main character. just can't make this up. wish i could but no way. more programming for preperation for the knowledge of mind control to be assimilated into the population. is it true? is it not? is it an hallucination? who do i believe? aaaaaaah obama!

Airlines in Europe
Calling home I am hearing that airlines such as SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) are still flying to and from the US although few others seem to do it. It has been reported that above 10.000 meters or 30.000 feet if I am correct in airspace is safe and above the clouds of ash.
It is safe to fly most places and as usual the US UK and some other governments are making more of it than it should be.

Secondly whatever happened to the reality check tv series? I saw a few snippet episodes of Stewart explaining charka's and protection techniques on YB year 2003 I really would like to have that charka template with the protection technique on the back of it its a nice visual aid. Greetings from Prague Czech Republic... from a fellow Michigander. I appreciate all the work you are doing! Much needed light in a time of darkness although noone else seems to recognize the darkness;) My question is simple...which faction is controlling the Czech Republic? Also I am being HEAVILY bombarded with ELF nightly!! My partner doesn't seem to notice it which I presume is a good thing but is driving me crazy!! I believe it is coming from the "T.V. Just wanted you to know that my family in London is reporting the best weather ever (no clouds - lots of sunshine) while airplanes are grounded because of ash. How can they have clear blue skies? Shouldn't the ash be blocking out the sun? I thank you and Janet for all your wonderful work.

They keep Bulgaria and Romania and Albania in poor condition to increase violence and desperation. Stewart you are absolutely right flaxseed oil goes rancid very quickly so is unsafe to consume. What I do is buy whole golden flaxseeds -they have a much longer shelf life than the oil- that I keep in the fridge and every day I grind one tablespoon of the seeds in a coffee grinder. One can add the ground seeds to salad or yogurt even water -but consume immediately. Hugs.

Instead of fish oil you can use fresh cold pressed and refrigerated flax seed oil. It can be found at most organic markets. Just make sure to buy a small bottle of it and check the date is recent. Make sure to keep it refrigerated and discard and replace every few months. You can tell it's gone rancid by a varnish like smell so perform a smell test from time to time. Fresh flax seed oil has a pleasant smell and stored properly will keep fresh for a couple months but must be discarded and replaced after that.

Today (Apr 18) Asian media has reported that the Icelandic volcano may achieve the equator in less than 3 weeks time and it may bar much equator sunlight for a year.
I recognize that being never exposed to volcanic ash and acid rain the prospects are scary
-- holes in the laundry walking in goggles and masks car protectionetc-- SO I DO HOPE that whatever "3-D visual assist for Violet Octahedron"(April 03 post) and volcano preparation kits/tips will be somehow made known in due course since it takes time for overseas preparations.
Stewart's Reply: I don't think it will get that drastic from this eruption. It depends on the breeze direction and length and intensity of the eruption.
What is of more concern is that it does not trigger the much larger Hekla volcano. Plus we need to keep an eye on the volcanoes in Indonesia Alaska Washington State and California not to mention the caldera in Yellowstone.
